EMPLOYMENT: Referral$ I. Overview II. How it works Upon receipt of the first payment from a new customer, Invario will pay 10% of the labor portion of the first payment to the referring person or company. This payment may be limited to $1,000. In other words, if a new customer starts with a $5,000 retainer, the referring person or company will receive cash or a credit of $500 of Invario services. If a new customer signs up for a Worry-Free Server contract the referring party would receive the equivalent of one month of the agreed to contract. Parties that can not or do not wish to receive a referral payment may elect to have the referral fee donated to a charity of their choice. III. Who is eligible If the referring person is a principal or owner of a current Invario customer, the referring company will be issued a credit memo for Invario services. If the referring person is an employee of Invario, the referral fee will be added as a bonus on the following pay cycle. NOTE: The fee is for locating the new customer and not for finalizing the deal. Employees are encouraged to give credit where credit is due. IV. Issues If in the event there is a more that one person making a referral or any other unusual circumstances, Invario will decide what to do on a case-by-case basis.
