EMPLOYMENT: Referral$

I. Overview
Invario recognizes that new customers are essential for the continued growth and profitability of the company. We recognize that people that are familiar with our service usually refer the best new customers to us. We also recognize that personal referrals have the quickest sale cycle, least amount of effort toward selling Invario as a qualified service provider, and best close rates. As a company policy, Invario would like to reward these people for referring customers.

II. How it works
If you know of a company that would be interested in the services of Invario Network Engineers, please click the "SIGN UP NOW" button on this page and enter the requested information. That is all you will have to do!

Upon receipt of the first payment from a new customer, Invario will pay 10% of the labor portion of the first payment to the referring person or company. This payment may be limited to $1,000. In other words, if a new customer starts with a $5,000 retainer, the referring person or company will receive cash or a credit of $500 of Invario services.

If a new customer signs up for a Worry-Free Server contract the referring party would receive the equivalent of one month of the agreed to contract.

Parties that can not or do not wish to receive a referral payment may elect to have the referral fee donated to a charity of their choice.

III. Who is eligible
If the referring person is not a principal of a current Invario customer, the referring person will be sent a check with a letter.

If the referring person is a principal or owner of a current Invario customer, the referring company will be issued a credit memo for Invario services.

If the referring person is an employee of Invario, the referral fee will be added as a bonus on the following pay cycle. NOTE: The fee is for locating the new customer and not for finalizing the deal. Employees are encouraged to give credit where credit is due.

IV. Issues
Invario makes these payments voluntarily and reserves the right to revoke, reduce, and modify payments for referrals at any time.

If in the event there is a more that one person making a referral or any other unusual circumstances, Invario will decide what to do on a case-by-case basis.
