III.  System requirements
  • Server running a Microsoft-supported Windows operating system
  • Broadband Internet access
  • Server configured for remote access
  • Internet firewall
  • Up to date virus protection software (pushed to workstations for virus guarantee)
  • Uninterruptible power supply
  • Climate-controlled, physically secure computer room
  • Fireproof safe for holding backup media or off-site data storage service
  • Completed and signed Invario credit application
  • Don’t meet the requirements? No problem! With an annual commitment and purchase of required minimal hardware and software, we will install the necessary infrastructure at our cost.
IV.  What it costs
  • 1 Server: $495 per month – 20% Other Labor discount
  • 3 Servers: $995 per month – 20% Other Labor discount
  • 6 Servers: $1795 per month – 20% Other Labor discount
  • 10 Servers: $2495 per month – 20% Other Labor discount
  • Over 10 servers: add $199 per month per server
  • Virtual Servers: $150 per month
V.  What is not covered
  • Replacement and new hardware purchases
  • Software purchases and upgrades
  • Technical issues (within a server application and outside the installation of the application) that are the responsibility of the software vendor.
  • Extended troubleshooting when restoring from backup will solve the issue
  • Workstation issues (we will verify that at least one workstation connects properly and the problem is not a server issue.)
  • General consulting in addition to time allocated to support servers. You will be notified before any of these charges occur.
