Last Friday our network died! What the hell have those so-called support people been doing?

If you don't have a system of constant preventive maintenance and updates, the support you get is only as good as the engineer assigned to your account. This often leads to a hit-or-miss situation when it comes to the person you trust with your network.

The computer support industry relies on certifications like Microsoft MCSE or A+. These certifications are important and are a way to measure the knowledge of an engineer at a given time. However, certifications do not measure an engineer’s ability to solve “real world” problems, and they do nothing to evaluate responsiveness, reliability, or integrity.

If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we work as a company to find the source of the dissatisfaction so our engineer can correct any problem or perception that is not the best quality. Finally, when it comes to integrity, we have a zero tolerance policy for lying. Our engineers are never caught in a lie more than once, because they don’t work for Invario anymore.
